I’m TJ The Doer. Before software, I was a professional DJ. I was a first-generation college graduate raised in a single-parent household, and I spent years working in higher education.
I sat in rooms full of teachers, counselors, administrators, and mentors who knew genuinely useful things. What limited them wasn’t knowledge — it was time, location, job structure, and how many people they could personally reach.
Entrepreneurship put more problems in front of me. Eventually I started using modern AI tools to build systems and applications around the problems I actually understood, including an application for my real-estate business — without being a traditional developer.
That app wasn't a random idea. It was a strategic solution to a problem I knew deeply, and it delivers real value whether or not I'm in the room. That means additional income and the flexibility to spend more of my time on the work I truly feel I'm here to do — without being tied to a place or a schedule.
